With our garden and regional cooking classes, different duck preparations tasting for example, you can also learn to grow and cook top-quality products and have fun! The farms in the region are happy to receive you and have you taste the fruit of their labours: foie gras, potted duck, garbure stew, etc. and cook a typical meal for you.
We have chosen local, seasonal, fresh produce for our restaurants, in harmony with nature. The owner of our "Le Landais Gourmand" restaurant prepares the ducks himself. We serve local cuisine, and give priority to seafood and organic products. We also cater for vegetarian, vegans, and guests with gluten-intolerance.
