General terms and conditions of sale


Any reservation that is not paid for in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be cancelled. For all cancellations, if you cancel more than 16 days prior to your expected arrival date, you will be charged processing fees and 25% of the full cost of your stay. If you cancel under 16 days prior to your expected arrival date or if you do not report to reception on that date, you will be charged the full cost of your stay. In the event of a cancellation attributable to the company managing the centre, and except in cases of force majeure, all sums paid will be refunded to the customer.

Cancellation insurance. The cost of this insurance is 1% of the cost of the stay (minimum €8) per pitch or accommodation booked, to be paid in full at the moment of booking. Subject to contractual obligations, this insurance allows customers to have the sums they have paid out refunded in the event of cancellation for the following reasons: serious illness, death, serious physical injury to yourself, your spouse, your ancestors, descendants, brothers or sisters; damage to your main place of residence following fire, water damage, theft, vandalism or natural catastrophe, or your business premises being over 50% destroyed.

In order to be valid, cancellations must be made in writing, accompanied by justifying documentation, within 3 days after the events giving rise to the cancellation. This cancellation insurance is not insurance against “interruptions to stays” and no refunds will be given in the event of late arrival or early departure, regardless of the cause.


The customer is responsible for taking out insurance. The centre may not be held liable in the event of theft, fire, bad weather or any incidents falling under the customer’s civil liability. Customers shall hold the centre harmless in the event of damage from falling branches or pine cones, natural catastrophes, burglaries and glass breakage.

Legal disputes

In the event of a legal dispute, once the customer service department of the establishment has been contacted, any client of the campsite has the right to involve a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written claim, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, to the operator. Internal regulations

Our centre is intended for families. Persons coming alone may not be accommodated unless they have a valid membership card for a naturist club. All visitors are expected to follow the resort’s rules. We reserve the right to refuse or exclude anyone whose behaviour is contrary to the naturist ethic. We do not accept genital piercings or any behaviour, appearance or items of clothing with sexual connotations.

Full nudity: mandatory within the centre and on the beach, unless weather or physiological conditions prevent it. Traffic: roads are shared within the resort (motor vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians). Speed limit: 10 kph. Traffic prohibited in the resort between 23:00 and 07:00 (car park at the entrance). Noise/behaviour: please avoid making noise that could disturb your neighbours after 22:00 (motors, television, radio, etc.). Total silence between 23:00 and 07:00.  Pets: one pet is allowed, at a supplement; please inform the resort at the moment of booking. Pets must be kept on a leash and their vaccination booklet must be presented; all pets must be vaccinated against rabies and identified. Withdrawal period: in accordance with Article L. 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the services and amenities provided by the centre are not subject to a withdrawal period. Accordingly, any services or amenities ordered are governed solely by the terms and conditions of cancellation set out above.
